Downies of Whitehills buys fish direct from the fisherman as they land at the fish markets around the Northeast of Scotland. This ensures not only that the fish arrives at the factory the same day it is unloaded from the fishing boats but also that they can offer this fish for sale at an affordable price, both to the end-user and at a discounted rate for regular and bulk buying trade customers.
